| Marchese Inspection Services offers residential and commercial property inspections for everyone in the entire Chicago land area. We can do inspections for buyers, sellers or for anyone looking to find out what kind of maintenance is needed on their existing building. At Marchese Inspection Services we not only offer property inspections, but we try to help educate the client on building maintenance and safety. We strongly urge the client to be present at the inspection. We also welcome the realtors as well. An average residential inspection can last two to four hours. The Report For our reports we use a customized version of 3D Inspection Reporting System This report is a detailed, narrative style report.
